Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

TD Facility Solutions offers professional cleaning services for schools, daycares, and office facilities. Services are customized to each client’s needs and may include routine cleaning, restroom sanitization, breakroom cleaning, interior window cleaning, and other agreed-upon tasks.

2. Payments

  • Accepted payment methods: Zelle, CashApp, Stripe, and Cash.
     

  • Payment must be made in full prior to services being performed.
     

  • For recurring services, payments must be submitted before each scheduled cleaning date.
     

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
     

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee.
     

  • If our cleaners arrive and are unable to access the facility, it will be considered a same-day cancellation.
     

4. Access to Property

Clients must ensure safe and secure access to the facility at the scheduled cleaning time. If keys, codes, or entry are not provided, the appointment will be considered a cancellation.

5. Quality Guarantee

We strive for complete client satisfaction. If any area has been overlooked, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address the concern at no additional cost.

6. Health & Safety

  • Our team follows industry-standard health and safety practices.
     

  • We use safe, effective cleaning products unless otherwise requested by the client.
     

  • Clients requesting specific products must provide them in advance.
     

7. Damages & Liability

  • While great care is taken during all cleanings, TD Facility Solutions is not responsible for damage due to items that are improperly installed, loose, or in poor condition (e.g., blinds, shelves, handles).
     

  • Any damages caused directly by our team must be reported within 24 hours of service for resolution.
     

8. Insurance

TD Facility Solutions carries general liability coverage for your protection. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

9. Recurring Service Agreements

  • Clients may choose recurring daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning schedules.
     

  • Changes to recurring service frequency must be communicated at least 7 days in advance.
     

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 7 days’ written notice.
