POLICIES / HOW TO PREPARE FOR A CLEANING
Before your cleaning, please read the policies below.

At TD Facility Solutions, our goal is to deliver a smooth, professional cleaning experience. To help us serve you best, here are a few simple steps before we arrive:
Access to the Facility
Please ensure we have the correct keys, access codes, or entry instructions before the scheduled cleaning. All access information is kept secure and confidential.
Clear Access to Surfaces
Desks, tables, and work areas should be reasonably clear so our team can properly clean and disinfect them. If more than 75% of a surface is covered with items, we will clean around those areas.
Safety
For the safety of our staff, we do not move heavy furniture or equipment (over 30 lbs). If you’d like an area behind large items cleaned, please arrange to have them moved prior to service.
Health Considerations
If there has been an infectious illness in the facility, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We may reschedule service in such cases to ensure the safety of staff and clients.
Payment
All payments must be made prior to cleaning. We accept Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, cash, or check. A receipt will be provided for all transactions.
Special Requests
If you’d like to add extra services (such as interior fridge cleaning or additional sanitizing), please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can allow enough time and bring any required supplies.
Scheduling
We are flexible and can clean during or after business hours, depending on your preference. Please allow for a 15-minute arrival window for scheduling.

Payment: Required prior to cleaning. Accepted forms: Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, cash, or check.

Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a fee.

No-Shows: If we cannot access your facility at the scheduled time, service will be marked as a no-show and charged accordingly.

Rescheduling: We are happy to reschedule your cleaning with a 24-hour notice to accommodate your needs.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for completed services. If an issue arises, please notify us within 24 hours so we can return and address it.
