At Tidy Diamond Cleaning, our goal is to connect you with top-quality cleaning solutions at the best value. We operate as a referral-based service, meaning we work with trusted subcontractors and other local cleaning professionals to find the best quotes for your cleaning needs. In addition, we may promote other helpful home services, such as carpet cleaning, home organizing, or moving assistance, provided by our network of Third-Party Providers.

Please review this policy before engaging with any of our referred services or promotions.

 

1. Nature of Referred and Third-Party Services

Tidy Diamond Cleaning is a referral company that sources competitive quotes from reliable subcontractors and/or other professional cleaning businesses. We do not directly perform the cleaning services ourselves. Instead, we act as a coordinator to match you with service providers based on your needs, location, and budget.

Additionally, we may promote other home-related services (referred to as “Third-Party Providers”) such as carpet cleaners, junk removal services, and more. These are offered to enhance your experience and convenience.

 

2. Limitation of Liability

While we take care to work with reputable service providers, Tidy Diamond Cleaning is not responsible for the execution or outcome of the services rendered by subcontractors or Third-Party Providers. We do not supervise or manage their work and cannot be held liable for any incidents, damages, delays, or disputes that occur.

 

3. Refunds and Complaints

Any issues, refund requests, or complaints about the quality or completion of cleaning services or other third-party services must be addressed directly with the subcontractor or Third-Party Provider who performed the service. Tidy Diamond Cleaning does not process or issue refunds for services performed by others.

• Cancellations:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning will incur a $40 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your $100 deposit. The remaining $60 will be refunded to you, if applicable.

• No-Shows:

No-shows (where the customer is not home or does not allow entry) will forfeit the full deposit.

4. Referral or Commission Structure

We may receive a referral fee or commission from subcontractors or Third-Party Providers when you choose to book services through a quote or referral we provide. This does not affect the price you pay and allows us to continue sourcing the best service options for our clients.

 

5. Agreement to Terms

By using our service to request quotes, accept referrals, or proceed with third-party promotions, you acknowledge and agree that:

Tidy Diamond Cleaning does not directly provide cleaning or other home services.

You are entering into a service agreement with the subcontractor or Third-Party Provider, not with Tidy Diamond Cleaning.

Any disputes, claims, or service concerns must be resolved with the provider that performed the work.

You release Tidy Diamond Cleaning from liability related to the services rendered by referred providers.
