Our Service Philosophy

Tidy Diamond Cleaning provides a curated cleaning experience by connecting clients with vetted, independent cleaning professionals. Each service is coordinated with care, professionalism, and attention to detail.

By booking or completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Booking & Payment

• A deposit may be required to reserve your appointment

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

• Remaining balance is due upon completion of service

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees

 

Scheduling & Changes

• We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling

• Late changes may result in applicable fees due to reserved time and staffing

 

Home Preparation

To ensure a seamless and efficient service experience, we ask that clients:

• Place personal belongings, clothing, and valuables away

• Clear countertops and sink areas when possible

• Secure pets prior to arrival if needed

• Provide access instructions in advance (codes, keys, entry details)

• Communicate any fragile, restricted, or special-care items

Areas that are heavily cluttered or unsafe may limit cleaning scope to ensure quality and care.

 

Service Provider Responsibility

All services are performed by independent, highly skilled cleaning professionals. Tidy Diamond Cleaning serves as a coordinating and referral service and does not directly perform cleaning services.

*Responsibility for workmanship and service outcomes rests with the assigned provider.

 

Service Concerns & Re-Cleans

Should anything not meet expectations:

• Please contact the cleaning provider within 24 hours

• Re-clean requests may be accommodated at their discretion

• We are available to assist with communication if needed

• Refunds are not offered

 

Access & Entry

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the home at the scheduled time. Delays or inability to access the property may result in additional fees or rescheduling.

 

Care of Valuables

We strongly recommend securing all valuables, delicate items, and personal belongings prior to service. We are not responsible for items not properly secured or disclosed.

 

Agreement

By booking or completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand that services are performed by independent professionals coordinated through Tidy Diamond Cleaning.
